Return & Refund Policy

At 74 Creative Designs, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect.

Due to the nature of our products, any Magne-Series® item purchased without first verifying compatibility with a magnetic laser bed is considered a customer purchasing error. Returns for compatibility issues, including non-magnetic laser beds, are accepted within the 30-day return window but are subject to customer-paid return shipping.

Items returned for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition, including all original packaging and components.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a damage or defect claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item

  • Photographs of the product packaging (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

Photos must be emailed to us for verification before any replacement or refund is approved.

In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or defective items that need to be returned for inspection, warranty review, or carrier damage claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returned items must be in resellable condition, including all original components and packaging when applicable. Items showing signs of use, modification, abuse, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Products that have been modified, disassembled, altered, painted, glued, or have magnets removed or replaced are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Replacements

Verified damaged or defective items may qualify for a replacement at our discretion. Replacement requests are subject to verification through photographs and, when required, return inspection.
