74 Creative Designs — Digital Products Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

This Digital Products Policy applies to all digital products purchased from 74 Creative Designs, including but not limited to eBooks, digital books, guides, workbooks, templates, design files, SVG files, 3D printing files, downloadable resources, and other digital content.

DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the immediate-access and non-returnable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, delivered, or access has been provided, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review all product descriptions, compatibility requirements, file types, and other information carefully before purchasing.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, intellectual property rights, or resale rights to the purchaser.

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of 74 Creative Designs and/or Jacob Meroney.

YOU MAY NOT

Without prior written permission from 74 Creative Designs, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any digital product, in whole or in part.
• Sell, resell, sublicense, share, transfer, give away, or otherwise distribute the original digital files.
• Upload or share the files on websites, social media, file-sharing services, marketplaces, forums, groups, cloud drives, or other platforms for others to access.
• Print digital books, eBooks, guides, workbooks, or other digital publications for redistribution, resale, or commercial use.
• Convert a digital product into another format for the purpose of sharing, distributing, or reselling it.
• Claim any 74 Creative Designs digital product, design, written content, artwork, or intellectual property as your own.
• Remove, alter, conceal, or misrepresent copyright notices, trademarks, branding, watermarks, or other ownership information.
• Use any digital product to create a competing digital product for resale or distribution.

Purchasing a digital product does not give you the right to reproduce or sell that product.

PRINTING

Digital books, eBooks, guides, and other publications sold by 74 Creative Designs are provided for digital use only unless the individual product listing expressly grants permission to print.

You may not print copies for resale, redistribution, commercial use, or distribution to other individuals or businesses.

If a particular product includes printable materials, worksheets, or other resources, the permissions stated on that specific product will apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital products and their contents—including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, designs, layouts, branding, educational materials, and downloadable files—are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

74 Creative Designs, its associated branding, product names, logos, and other protected marks remain the property of their respective owner(s).

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of protected material is prohibited.

ONE PURCHASE = ONE USER

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description or accompanied by a separate license, each digital purchase is licensed to one purchaser for individual use.

Purchasing one copy does not grant permission to distribute copies to employees, coworkers, customers, friends, family members, students, organizations, social media groups, or other third parties.

Additional users must purchase their own copy unless a separate multi-user or commercial license is offered.

DOWNLOAD & COMPATIBILITY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible software, hardware, applications, and devices necessary to open and use the purchased files.

74 Creative Designs is not responsible for incompatibility resulting from unsupported software, hardware, devices, or third-party applications.

If you experience a legitimate problem accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact 74 Creative Designs for assistance.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, sharing, distribution, resale, or other infringement of 74 Creative Designs' intellectual property may result in the revocation of your license to use the digital product and may be subject to enforcement under applicable intellectual property laws.
